Mohamed Aleghfeli Advocates & Legal Consultants is a bespoke law firm incorporated under the chairmanship of Mohamed Khalifa Salem Matar Aleghfeli, UAE national lawyer, alum of Dubai Police College and member of the Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legal Consultants. The firm was founded in 2007 with a team of national lawyers, legal consultants, certified arbitrators, multilingual solicitors, industrial specialists and global legal researchers.

The firm focuses on providing legal services as per client needs in a cost effective manner. Our bespoke team provides legal services in multiple sectors including Litigation, Arbitration and Regulatory & Documentary Compliance.

Our Litigation team consists of foreign and UAE national lawyers who can appear in all UAE courts, including Public Prosecutions, Rental Dispute Centers, Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal and Court of Cassation (Supreme Court).

Our Arbitration team conducts arbitrations in all centers, including DIAC, DIFC, ADGM and EMAC. It is equipped with experienced UAE national arbitration counsels, foreign arbitration lawyers and legal researchers.

Our legal advisors in the Regulatory & Documentary Compliance team help clients in the corporate sector ensure they are operating in accordance with the law.
